What is the difficulty of this part?

The difficulty lies in the brass inserts With no magnetism, it is very difficult to get the brass inserts fixed in proper location in the molds.

Our solution: Firstly to straighten the brass inserts to get them in perfect shape.

Then to make precise location holes, the tolerance has to be controlled in -0.01mm to ensure the inserts in exact location.

Finally get out the perfect products in low reject ratio
