Why do the anodizing coatings get faded after a time?

1. Exposure to the sun or high temperature often, anodizing gets faded easily. In this case, it would be better to do hard anodizing. 2. No enough time for sealing the anodizing film. Usually it needs 10-20 minutes to seal the film. But it is also not good if to take too long time in sealing, otherwise the surface will be bad.
