What are the steps for machining works

Firstly, we need your designs or drawings for estimation and quotation. In this step, after carefully estimating all drawings and getting clear of all requirements, quotation will be made and offered. Surely if needed, we also give suggestions to optimize designs and reduce cost.

Secondly, after your confirmation we will arrange production. Engineers will carefully study drawings and make operating drawings and programming.

Thirdly, materials are ready, production begins

Fourthly, QC inspect all parts after each machining process

Fifthly, to do finishing work

Sixthly, after inspection, products pictures sent to customers for confirmation, then go to packging department

Finally, parts shipped.
